Pearl Heart consists of twin sisters Amy and Angela, 20, and their sister Courtney Krechel, 17, who were originally from Florissant, Missouri and now live in Thompson's Station, Tennessee.
The female trio Pearl Heart is a family affair with twins Amy and Angela singing alongside their little sister Courtney. After watching their daughters perform together for years, the girls' parents packed their bags and moved their family to Tennessee so their daughters could seriously pursue their music career. By making the top 12 of "Nashville Star," the sisters are hoping to prove to their parents that the move paid off.
The sixth season of Nashville Star, the annual reality show and singing competition, begins on June 9, 2008 and will be broadcast on NBC from 9pm/8pm CST. Billy Ray Cyrus hosts the show starting this year with John Rich, Jewel and Jeffrey Steele as judges.

The ultimate Tex-Mex cowboy, Gabe left San Antonio and his job of 10 years after his father passed away last October. He's now following his dream and he's not turning back. With his family's support, Gabe wants to be the next "Nashville Star" with his mother cheering him on from the audience.

Shawn Mayer, 21, was originally from May City, Iowa and now lives in Madison, Tennessee. Shawn is from a town with a population of 45. While her peers at school were hanging out at the mall on weekends, Shawn was earning money singing and performing in bars. Her parents encouraged her to make her own way and she rewarded them by hiring them to be part of her team as she pursued her dreams. She's worked on a hog farm, and is a mechanic and a volunteer firefighter, but this girl really just wants to be on a stage.
